If the Pic is not clear, Set the Look at Offset to 

1st box : 0
2nd box: around 2.3
3rd box around 4 or 5 

You have to mess around with them offset values to get the look right 

Uncheck "Ignore object Orientation"
Uncheck "no tilting"

Set Translation speed to 1
Set Rotation
